Our rubber materials are optimized for resistance to various chemicals, particularly in harsh environments like methanol, refrigerants, and compressor oils.We have various of rubber compound available as below with different rubber hardness:

Through continuous research and development, we are committed to providing customized high-performance rubber solutions for a wide range of industrial applications.
For automotive O ring seals, we follow the requirement of IATF 16949 to develop with APQP and PPAP procedure.
Quick Connector
1. Standard size O-Rings are variable for SAE/NW/VDA/CQC standard quick connector;
2. EPDM/FKM/FVMQ rubber O-Rings are widely used for different liquid.
Liquid Cooling Line
1. Our EPDM O-Rings can work in an environment of -60℃ for thermal management system.
2. Our EPDM material has good compatibility with coolant water.
Fuel Line System
1. Our FKM/FVMQ O-Rings have good compatibility with gasoline/fuel.

Oil/Fuel Filter
FKM/AEM/EPDM O-Rings could be used for Air Filter,Oil Filter,Fuel Filter,Cabin Air Filter,Transmission Filter.
HAVC(Air conditioning) System
1. EPDM/HNBR O-Ring/Gasket are available for AC system.
2. Our EPDM/HNBR material have Good compatibility with Refrigerant (R134a/HFO1234yf/R290/R744/R12/R410a) and Compressor oil (POE,PAG,PVE).
EPDM and Silicone Rubber can be used for sealing. And PTFE material can be used for rotation components.
Explosive Decompression O-Rings for Petrochemical Industry
In the extraction, processing, and transfor of petrochemical products, high-pressure and rapid decompression environments are often required. Explosive Decompression O-Rings (ED O-Rings) are needed to withstand high-pressure gas environments and rapid decompression.
